The hotel is located near the hospital and very close to Cadbury's World, making it convenient for our stay. The rooms had a broken bed and a damp smell, but being able to hang clothes in the room was helpful for a family of 3. The service was lovely and welcoming, making sure to sort out anything we needed. The location, near the hospital and these attractions, was adequate for our needs, though the area seemed a little rough. The dining smelled amazing, but we couldn't stay for breakfast; however, the value for a full cooked breakfast was excellent at £3.50. The facilities provided pet amenities and snacks, adding to the convenience of the stay.
